Meeting point:
The meeting point is the Main Gate of the Alhambra, next to the ticket office, in the area designated for tour guides on Paseo de la Sabika Street. It is important to arrive 20 minutes before the start time.
Accessibility level:
Access to the Alhambra for wheelchair users is different and more limited. In addition, the Management Board itself notes that there is an adapted route for wheelchair users and that strollers are not permitted inside the visitor areas such as the Nasrid Palaces, the Generalife, the Alcazaba, and the Partal, although they are allowed on the paths connecting these areas.

To process the reservation, you must provide the details of all participants: full name, ID number or passport number, age, and nationality. You must also provide an email address for each customer, as Granada Card tickets are sent via email. Additionally, you must bring your physical ID or passport to the tour.
Familys and pets:
The tour offers a junior rate for children ages 2 to 11. As for pets, animals are not permitted inside the Alhambra, except for guide dogs, service dogs, or therapy and social support animals that are properly certified.

The Alhambra tour is NON-REFUNDABLE due to the cancellation policy of the Alhambra Trust, as tickets are non-transferable and are strictly linked to your personal identification.
For the Granada City Pass, you can cancel up to 24 hours before activation without penalty. If you cancel with less notice or do not show up for the Alhambra tour, the City Pass will not be activated and there will be no refund.
