On changes and cancellations, the key point is that not every activity works the same way. Free tours usually allow free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance. On experiences with named tickets (for example, the Alhambra and Nasrid Palaces), the booking may be non-refundable because the ticket is issued in your name and the monument doesn't allow changes once confirmed. If there's an official site closure or a safety restriction, we'll let you know the option available for your case.
Yes. You can show the QR code from your phone with no problem. If it's easier, save it on your phone to have it ready on the day of the visit.
If you let us know within the activity's stated deadline, the corresponding policy applies. If you don't let us know or don't show up, the booking is usually lost, especially when tickets are attached or capacity is blocked.
