Itinerario

FULL ITINERARY THROUGH THE ALHAMBRA AND GRANADA

  1. 1

The first part of the activity takes place inside the Alhambra, with a guided visit through the main areas of the complex. The route includes the Nasrid Palaces, which concentrate an essential part of the historical and artistic value of the monument, the Generalife, linked to gardens, orchards and spaces for rest, the Alcazaba, the military and defensive sector of the fortress, and the Palace of Charles V, built in the Christian period inside the enclosure. The order of the visit may change depending on the time assigned to enter the Nasrid Palaces, but the route always covers the full monument.

  2. 2

When the guided visit ends, the experience does not stop there. With the Granada Card you can keep organising the rest of your stay in the city on your own, with access included to several monuments and cultural spaces in Granada. These include the Cathedral, the Royal Chapel, the Monastery of La Cartuja, the Monastery of San Jerónimo, the Science Park, the Casa de Zafra and other museums and historic buildings spread across the city. The pass also includes journeys on the city bus and a ride on the tourist train, so it not only gets you into several spaces but also helps you move around and keep completing your visit to Granada more easily.

  3. 3

So this booking combines a guided part inside the Alhambra with a flexible part to keep discovering Granada at your own pace, without having to arrange each ticket or each journey separately.

  • We did the Alhambra and Palacios Nazaríes tour and were incredibly lucky to have Amelia as our guide. From the very beginning, she gave us such a warm and organized welcome, she knew exactly who was in her group and took the time to have everyone introduce themselves, which immediately made the experience feel personal and comfortable. Her knowledge is exceptional, but what really sets her apart is how she explains things. She makes history so easy to understand and genuinely interesting. One moment that really stood out to me was the way she explained the wooden ceilings, something I would have completely overlooked on my own, but she made it fascinating. Amelia is energetic, funny, incredibly patient, and very caring. She constantly checked in on everyone, made sure we were comfortable, and never made the tour feel rushed. The pacing was perfect. Even if someone needed a quick stop, she made sure everyone felt included and taken care of. One of the things I appreciated most was how engaged she kept the group the entire time. She has a natural way of making everything feel alive and enjoyable, not like a typical “information-heavy” tour. She also went above and beyond by helping us take photos and pointing out the best photo spots, which made a huge difference. On top of that, she gave great tips at the end for places to eat and additional spots to visit within the Alhambra. Honestly, if I had done this on my own, I would have missed so much. In just a few hours, I learned and experienced far more than I ever could have by myself. I left feeling truly grateful. I recommend this company and Amelia 3000%, the tour was absolutely amazing.

  • CYNTHIA IS AMAZING!! She is so much fun to listen to. Full of knowledge and explains in ways that makes the information so fun to learn and interesting. Sad to say goodbye to her and not be able to have her for the rest of our trip in Spain! We LOVED this tour! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🥰

  • This tour should not been taken by anyone who is not in pretty good physical condition as there are a LOT of steps and lots of walking. That said, this two part tour was brilliant. Both guides we had were friendly and very knowledgeable and made the tours interesting. We took the bus (C32) from the Isabel la catolica stop and got it back to the same stop. You can walk but we were so tired after the tour we decided not to. Definitely a tour we would recommend.

  • Granada and Alhambra is a stunning piece of Spain’s history, our guide Luis was a wealth of knowledge. He took us through a journey in time of this palace/fortress/city and water source - Alhambra’s lifecycle with its gardens is magical. Thanks Luis!

  • Patrizia was very informative. Know her history well. She's very friendly and her English is quite good. Besides giving us history lessons and stories, she also offered tips and places to go for food and scenery. All in all, a very pleasant and enjoyable tour. Love to do it with her on another tour.
